For the past week and a half, my group and I created a video on logic gates. The logic gates can be combined to perform calculations, make decisions, and remember information. There are three types of logic gates: and, or, not gates.

When making this project, I really enjoyed filming with stop-go motion. It was to watch the project and see how all the cut-outs we made danced around the screen. To me, I think our group did a fairly good job. We had some blurry scenes, but otherwise, it turned out nice.

Unlike filming, editing was not very fun. It was very aggravating to edit the film over and over agin to so the video matched the text. My group kept having to cut and edit scenes over and over again because once we did it one time, the video would become to fast and we would have to slow it down.

Through this project, I learned that I really enjoyed stop-go motion. I thought it would be very time consuming, but we went through it very smoothy. My brother has always wanted to make a stop-go motion video with his legos. Now with my knowledge to do, I can help him film.

If I could change one thing, it would have been to have a day to practice editing. We had one to practice with the stop-go motion, which I think helped my group become familiar with it. I think if we had the same with editing, then my groups and those around us, might have gone through it smoothly rather than to have to rush around trying to get stuff done.

To prepare for this better, I think my group and I could have come up with a better idea to represent how the gates work because we came up with the idea last-minute so it wasn't very creative.

Overall, I really enjoyed this project. I really liked learning how to use the stop-go motion and maybe sometime soon, I can teach my brother as well also.
